Unlocking Possibilities Through Process Improvement
Session Description: ASTHO engaged the Puerto Rico Department of Health and the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Health by providing technical assistance and capacity building to improve business processes. Each agency selected three key business processes including procurement, payment processing, travel, recruitment, and expenditure review, unique to their needs in enhancing improvements to spend down federal funds effectively and efficiently.
